Duties & responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and human resources reports.
  • Analyze data and generate insights to support administrative decision-making.
  • Support workforce planning and periodic reporting processes.
  • Monitor and analyze organizational culture surveys.
  • Assist in preparing meetings, presentations, and webinars.
  • Manage and update human resources databases.
  • Prepare key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports related to payroll, attendance, and contracts.
  • Support HR and organizational culture initiatives within UNICEF’s Supply Division.

Eligibility criteria

  • Applicants must be Danish citizens, legal residents, or individuals with refugee status in Denmark.
  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience are required.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Experience with Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools is required.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills are essential.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
