Duties & responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and human resources reports.
- Analyze data and generate insights to support administrative decision-making.
- Support workforce planning and periodic reporting processes.
- Monitor and analyze organizational culture surveys.
- Assist in preparing meetings, presentations, and webinars.
- Manage and update human resources databases.
- Prepare key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports related to payroll, attendance, and contracts.
- Support HR and organizational culture initiatives within UNICEF’s Supply Division.
Eligibility criteria
- Applicants must be Danish citizens, legal residents, or individuals with refugee status in Denmark.
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience are required.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools is required.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills are essential.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
