- For scholarships for undergraduate programs taught in English:
- Type: Partially and fully funded scholarships (according to the applicant's academic performance and language proficiency).
- Study level: Bachelor's degree.
- Majors: 12 majors. You can view the accepted majors here.
- Study language: English
- Duration: 04-05 years (according to the majors)
- For scholarships for undergraduate programs taught in Vietnamese:
- Type: Partially and fully funded scholarships (according to the applicant's academic performance and language proficiency).
- Study level: Bachelor's degree.
- Majors: 40 majors. Scholarships are not applicable to the Vietnamese Studies - Vietnamese Language, Culture and Society major. You can view the accepted majors for this scholarship here.
- Language of study: Vietnamese
- Duration: 01 year compulsory for Vietnamese language (if applicants do not have Vietnamese language proficiency certificate B2); 04-05 years for Bachelor's program (according to the specialization).

For scholarships for bachelor's programs taught in English:
- For full scholarship:
- Full tuition fees for bachelor's programs (excluding tuition fees for courses taken for the second time).
- Full accommodation fees.
- For partial scholarship:
- Covering 50-75% of the tuition fees for bachelor's programs (excluding tuition fees for courses taken for the second time).
- Full accommodation fees.
- Requirements to retain the scholarship:
- During undergraduate study, the cumulative GPA for the previous academic year is not less than 6.0.
For scholarships for bachelor's programs taught in Vietnamese:
- For full scholarship:
- Full tuition fees for Vietnamese language courses (excluding tuition fees for Vietnamese language courses taken for the second time).
- Full tuition fees for bachelor's programs (excluding tuition fees for courses taken for the second time).
- Full accommodation fees.
- For partial scholarship:
- Full tuition fees for Vietnamese language courses (excluding tuition fees for Vietnamese language courses taken for the second time).
- Covering 50-75% of the tuition fees for bachelor's programs (excluding tuition fees for courses taken for the second time).
- Full accommodation fees.
- The scholarship will be renewed each academic year if students meet the retention criteria as follows:
- Pass Vietnamese language course (at least B2 level) for entry into the undergraduate program.
- During undergraduate study, the cumulative GPA of the previous academic year is not less than 5.0.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- High school diploma or equivalent (graduation must be in 2024, 2023, 2022).
- Final year high school GPA of at least 6.5/10.0
- For Bachelor's programs taught in Vietnam:
- Have a Vietnamese language proficiency test certificate of at least B2 level.
- Or have enrolled in one year of Vietnamese language study at TDTU and passed the final Vietnamese language proficiency test of at least B2 level (click here for details of Vietnamese language proficiency test).
- For Bachelor's programs taught in English:
- You must be a citizen of an English-speaking country.
- Or have a valid IELTS certificate of at least 5.5 (or equivalent, click here for equivalent certificates).
- For Pharmacy major, you must have:
- Final year high school GPA of "Good" or above.
- Chemistry grade point average in the final year of high school or equivalent ≥ 7.0/10.0
- For Architecture, Graphic Design, Interior Design, Fashion Design and Industrial Design majors, applicants are required to pass the aptitude assessment test organized by Ton Duc Thang University before enrolling in undergraduate programs.
