- This scholarship will cover half of the tuition fees for a Master's degree, or three credits out of six compulsory credits.
- This scholarship will be valid for the entire duration of the study (1.5 years).

Eligibility criteria
- Applicants must have an unconditional offer of admission to the Executive MBA (EMBA) offered by the University of Sydney Business School.
- Current students enrolled in the University of Sydney Executive MBA and University staff are not eligible to apply for this opportunity.
- This scholarship will be awarded based on:
- Academic merit.
- Leadership potential.
- Personal integrity.
- Performance at the selection interview.
- Motivation to succeed in business in a socially responsible manner by demonstrating a commitment to applying the learning provided in the Executive MBA to make a positive difference in a business career.
- This scholarship will be awarded by a selection committee consisting of the Executive MBA Program Director, or their designated (academic) representative, and at least one other member of the professional faculty from the Executive MBA program.
- A minimum semester grade point average (SAM) of 65 per semester must be maintained, and a minimum of 24 credit hours of study per semester must be enrolled and free of outstanding fees, to continue to receive the scholarship.
- Accepted applicants will not be permitted to suspend their studies except in exceptional circumstances.
- Requests for suspension must be approved by the Executive MBA Program Director.
- The Scholarship will be terminated if you:
- Withdraw from an eligible course or fail to enroll.
- Commence part-time study without prior approval.
- Fail to maintain satisfactory academic performance.
- The University determines that you are guilty of serious misconduct, including, but not limited to, providing false or misleading information as part of the Scholarship application.
- Accept an alternative Scholarship, administered by the University of Sydney, for the same purpose as this Scholarship.
- Fail to resume study at the end of an approved leave period.
- Once the Scholarship has been terminated, it will not be reinstated except through fault of the University.
