Benefits
- The MA in Human Rights & the Arts has financial aid available in the form of tuition fellowships and scholarships to cover other associated costs of attendance.
- All applicants who wish to be considered for financial aid must apply. Financial aid is need-based, and comes in the form of tuition fellowships and scholarships to cover other costs of attendance, but is not guaranteed. Any financial assistance is for two years for full-time student enrollment, whereby assistance for the second year is conditional upon satisfactory academic progress in the first year.
- Applications for financial aid are submitted at the time of applications for admission, and require the following:
- If you are a US citizen, national, or permanent resident, you must submit both a Free Application for Financial Aid (FAFSA) and a Financial Supporting Document.
- All other applicants must submit the International Student Financial Aid Application (ISFAA).
- Additional funding sources are acceptable because fellowship and scholarship funding is not guaranteed, applicants should seek outside funding while applying to the MA in Human Rights & the Arts program.
- Students enrolled in the MA in Human Rights & the Arts program may apply for grants provided by the Open Society University Network (OSUN). These grants are typically awarded on the basis of competitive open calls to support either student research or student-led initiatives. The number, amount, and terms of awards available are subject to change each year and will be communicated to all enrolled students by the program staff.
