Opportunity description

DAI seeks qualified technical candidates for the anticipated USAID sponsored Morocco Climate Program. The program will support efforts to increase and promote climate change adaptation best practices and strengthen the resilience of vulnerable communities to climate change through education, economic growth and governance programming, all to reduce the impact of climate change. Additionally, the program may incorporate collaboration with various industries such as agriculture, renewable energy, and water resource management.

Eligibility criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline or field; advanced degree preferred
  • Five (5) or more years of progressive experience in an applicable field
  • Professional proficiency in English; fluency in French and/or Arabic preferred
  • Prior experience managing teams in activity planning and implementation or working productively on a team
  • Knowledge of US Government and USAID regulations and policies for contractors preferred
  • Experience working with host-country government officials
  • Experience working in the region; prior experience in Morocco preferred
  • Moroccan nationals are encouraged to apply.
