SALTO-YOUTH has announced the opening of applications to participate in an international partnership-building activity titled PBA Youth X Culture, which will take place in Leuven, Belgium, from November 23 to 28, 2026.

This opportunity aims to bring together youth sector professionals with actors from the cultural sector, such as cultural organizations, artists, creative groups, cultural institutions, and youth organizations that use arts and culture as tools in working with young people.

The activity focuses on building new international cooperation relationships, exchanging experiences and good practices, and developing ideas for joint projects that can be implemented within the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps programs.

This opportunity is suitable for youth workers, trainers, representatives of cultural organizations, and project coordinators who are able to represent their institutions and build future international partnerships in the fields of culture, arts, youth participation, and inclusion.

Eligibility criteria

To apply for this opportunity, applicants must belong to one of the following categories:

  1. Youth workers.
  2. Youth trainers.
  3. Representatives of youth organizations that use arts or culture as a tool for working with young people.
  4. Professionals working in the cultural sector, such as cultural organizations, artists, creative groups, and cultural institutions.
  5. Project coordinators or decision-makers who are able to represent their organizations and commit to developing future partnerships.

Applicants must also meet the following requirements:

  1. Be 18 years old or older.
  2. Be able to work and communicate in English.
  3. Be willing to participate actively, present their organization, share experiences and tools, and contribute to the program.
  4. Be from one of the Erasmus+ Youth Programme countries or neighboring partner countries of the European Union.
  5. Be able to attend the activity in Belgium from November 23 to 28, 2026.
