CWA is launched a photography competition and calling all photographers to participate by submitting their best pictures on a heritage theme. you will the chance to take photos of any world location may be submitted. As well, these can be photographs that you have taken recently, or at any point in the past. Photography offers a way to take in the sights and splendours of world archaeology from a distance.

- The overall winner:
- CWA Trophy.
- Showcased your work in the magazine.
- Three runners-up:
- Showcased your work in the magazine.
Eligibility criteria
You should follow the following terms:
- You must be 18 or over.
- The competition is open to all amateur and professional photographers.
- Entrants can submit up to 5 images with an archaeological theme.
- You should include details of the site or artifact photographed when each image was taken.
- Images must be high resolution.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that all necessary permissions are obtained from any person featured in a photograph.
- Photographers flying drones should obtain required permissions from any site pictured.
- By submitting images you confirm that you are the copyright holder and creator of the image.
- Copyright will remain with the photographer.

- The judges’ decision is final and prize-winners (only) will be notified of results by 15 February 2022.
