Duties & responsibilities
Supporting the programme section in researching, compiling, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.
Preparing monitoring and reporting information for performance indicators.
Monitoring budgets and financial expenditures to ensure compliance with UNICEF rules.
Helping prepare periodic or ad hoc financial reports relating to country office and donors.
Supporting capacity development activities by preparing training materials.
Drafting meeting minutes, letters to partners, and workshop reports.
Organizing programme workshops with partners including planning and documentation.
Supporting the team with translation as needed.
Eligibility criteria
Candidate must be a national, legal resident, or hold refugee status in Saudi Arabia.
Applicants must be between 18 and 80 years of age.
A Bachelor's degree with in depth knowledge of administration is required.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
Fluent proficiency in both English and Arabic.
Experience using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
