Duties & responsibilities
- Supporting noncommunicable disease programs and healthcare services in Sudan.
- Contributing to the integration of noncommunicable disease services into health emergency response plans.
- Providing technical support to national health authorities and partners.
- Supporting the training of healthcare workers and the development of guidelines and protocols.
- Assisting in preparing reports and analyzing health data.
- Supporting monitoring and evaluation systems and public health programs.
- Coordinating with partners, health organizations, and humanitarian agencies.
- Contributing to the development of tools and plans for health emergency response.
Eligibility criteria
- Applicants must be citizens, legal residents, or refugees in the country of assignment.
- At least 5 years of experience in public health programs, noncommunicable diseases, or primary healthcare is required.
- A university degree or Master’s degree in public health, medicine, epidemiology, health systems, or a related health field is required.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
- Previous experience in humanitarian work or health emergencies is preferred.
