Opportunity description
The Qatar Science & Technology Park (QSTP) offers the QSTP Fellowship, a three-month practical fellowship program that gives participants the opportunity to work directly with QSTP teams on real-world strategic projects that contribute to the development of Qatar’s innovation and technology ecosystem.
Fellows work as strategic partners alongside QSTP teams and leadership, contributing to projects related to startups, innovation, and technology while gaining hands-on experience and building a professional network with startup founders, experts, and leaders within the region’s entrepreneurship ecosystem.

Eligibility criteria
Applicants may apply if they fall into one of the following categories:
- A final-year undergraduate student.
- A recent graduate.
- A current Master’s or PhD student.
- An early- or mid-career professional with relevant skills or experience.
- Able to commit 5–15 hours per week for three months.
