Opportunity description
Southam Book Festival invites keen writers to participate in this year's Flash Fiction Competition. Writers are encouraged to submit their creative and unique stories restricted to a word limit of 100. Entries need to include at least one of these words: "TIP," "TIPPED," or "TIPPING." Submissions are open until 12 noon on Sunday, September 8th, 2024.
A shortlist will be showcased on our website on Sunday, October 6th, and winners will be announced during the Festival on October 13th, with winning entries published on our site. The first prize is £60.
The entry fee is £3 per story or £10 for five stories. Competitors can enter as many stories as they wish.
