About the penguin project:

The penguin project started in June 2019 at the TEH meeting in Dresden. It is led by Die Bäckerei - Kulturbackstube and the Trans Europe Halles (TEH) coordination office. Die Bäckerei provides research expertise and working power. The penguin project works to provide tools for individual reflection, create spaces for experiencing the penguin content, and exchange about how it works in independent culture. It also does field trips and specific interventions (going to centers to work with cultural workers).
