Opportunity description
UCL Humanitarian Scholarships enable students at serious risk and/or displaced due to armed conflict to pursue full-time Master's degree studies at University College London (UCL) in the UK.
Benefits
Full tuition fees covered.
Maintenance payment to cover accommodation and living costs (approx. £20,000) for the normal course duration.
Allowance to cover the Immigration Health Surcharge.
Visa fees covered.
One return flight covered.
Eligibility criteria
Candidates can be from any country outside the UK.
Must be eligible to pay the Overseas fee rate.
Must be at serious risk as a direct result of armed conflict OR displaced from the home country within the last three years due to armed conflict.
Must come from a lower-income background.
Must not already hold a qualification at the level of the course (Master's) or higher.
Must hold an offer of a place on a full-time Master's at UCL by early June 2026 (distance learning and part-time are not eligible).
