Duties & responsibilities
- Follow up on the implementation of decisions and action plans while monitoring progress.
- Analyze information and identify priority issues.
- Coordinate work between different units within the Secretariat.
- Prepare notes, letters, and reports for meetings and international partners.
- Support the preparation for the COP17 Conference and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in managing operations and various administrative tasks.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors.
Eligibility criteria
- Applicants must hold a nationality other than German nationality.
- At least 4 years of experience in administration, international relations, or programme coordination is required.
- A Master’s degree in Social Sciences, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills are essential.
- Ability to work effectively within international and multicultural teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data management tools.
