The program focuses on supporting advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain, and data analytics, especially solutions that can be applied in low-resource settings or crisis-affected regions.

Eligibility criteria
- The company must be a registered for-profit startup
- The startup must be registered in one of the countries where UNICEF operates programs
- Applicants must have a working prototype or MVP ready for testing
- The project should be open source, or the company must be willing to transition to an open-source model
- The solution should focus on improving children’s lives or strengthening the resilience of health systems and essential services
- The project should use modern technologies such as AI, Blockchain, or Data Science
- Applications are especially encouraged from women-led startups and young founders under the age of 35
