Volunteer duration and working hours:
16-20 hours per week / 1 week.
Duties & responsibilities
UNFPA Eritrea is preparing its Annual Report for the year 2024. The report will include text content, photos, and graphs. We seek a professional designer to create an aesthetically pleasing and effective layout that aligns with our branding. Objectives
- To design a comprehensive layout for the 2024 Annual Report.
- To ensure that all text, photos, and graphs are presented clearly and attractively.
Responsibilities: Design Layout: Create a cohesive visual layout for the report that includes cover page, table of contents, sections for text, images, and graphs. Ensure the design aligns with the organization's branding guidelines.
Incorporate Content: Integrate provided text, images, and graphs into the layout. Ensure all elements are well-organized and easy to navigate.
Revisions: Provide up to three rounds of revisions based on feedback from the organization.
Final Deliverables: A print-ready PDF version of the Annual Report. An editable version (if applicable) for future updates.

Eligibility criteria
Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in graphic design, specifically in report design.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating previous work on similar projects.
Submission Guidelines:
- A brief proposal outlining their approach to the project.
- A portfolio of relevant work.
- Proposed timeline and budget.
