The Fédération Départementale des Maisons des Jeunes et de la Culture des Côtes d’Armor, in cooperation with the Rennes–Le Rheu agricultural and vocational educational institution, has announced the opening of applications for one of the leading funded individual volunteering opportunities under the European Solidarity Corps program in Le Rheu, France.

The project aims to promote international solidarity and cultural diversity among students, encourage young people to become more open to different cultures and communities, and raise awareness of the European mobility and exchange opportunities available to them.

The volunteer will contribute to organizing festivals and cultural and educational events within the institution, participate in preparations for International Solidarity Week, and support students interested in developing international mobility or exchange projects under Erasmus+ programs and the institution’s European accreditations.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Be willing to share their culture with students.
  • Be prepared to organize events and activities.

  • Demonstrate flexibility and independence.
  • Be willing to live in France for nine months.
  • Respect cultural and intellectual diversity.
  • Be willing to learn new skills and gain new experiences.
  • Be registered on the European Solidarity Corps portal.
  • Be legally residing in one of the countries eligible to participate.
