ESCWA announces an online workshop entitled “Developing bankable projects in biodiversity: budget and risks”.

Benefits

This session will focus on the following topics, as part of a series of capacity-building workshops on developing bankable projects in the field of biodiversity:
  • Preparing the budget necessary for the success of the project: providing ideas on how to prepare a budget for the project, applying results-based budgeting in order to allocate resources effectively, and integrating budget needs and expenditures with work plans and disbursement schedules.
  • Risk Management, Monitoring and Evaluation: Identify potential risks and challenges by developing a risk mitigation matrix, formulate effective monitoring and evaluation mechanisms, and identify appropriate key performance indicators and guidelines for developing reporting mechanisms.
