Yale University is offering Young Leaders (YL) Scholarship for selected students in the U.S. and internationally who self-identify as Refugees.

Benefits

Scholarship covers nearly full-tuition.

Eligibility criteria

  • YL Scholarships will be awarded to selected students in the U.S. and internationally who self-identify as Refugees.
  • You MUST have completed the entire online YYGS Application by January 10, 2022.

Required documents:

  • Activities list
  • One 400-word essay
  • Official school transcript
  • Two Recommenders (who will complete YYGS Recommendation Forms* ONLY)
  • OPTIONAL: English fluency test scores (TOEFL or DuoLingo)***
