About the organization
The Education For Employment Foundation-Egypt (EFE-Egypt) is an Egyptian non-profit foundation that addresses youth unemployment through empowering youth to become highly eligible employees. The foundation’s work centers around empowering disadvantaged high potential Egyptian youth through innovative, market-based education, placement in jobs and alumni-support programs. To date, EFE-Egypt has employed ninety-six percent of its graduates in jobs with the private sector through the following programs: Banking Training Program,Merchandiser Textile Training Program ,Junior Professional Training Program (employment with various SMEs),Retail Training Program, Musharaka (placement with Civil Society),Career Directions Training
