About the organization

The University of Kirkuk was established on January 17, 2003, and annually celebrates its university day on the 3rd of April of each year. At the beginning of its career, it organized four colleges: Law and Education for Humanities, Science and Nursing. In order to meet the needs of the market, Engineering and Agriculture, as well as the Faculty of Administration and Economics, which was introduced in 2007-2008 and the College of Education for Pure Sciences in 2011-2012, after which the University witnessed a comprehensive scientific leap, including the introduction of veterinary colleges, physical education, sports sciences and many scientific and humanitarian sections. The Master's degree in Physics, Life Sciences, Earth Sciences, Chemistry, Law, Arabic Language and Horticulture Department in the Faculty of Agriculture will be part of the University's plan and vision to open new horizons that will help to provide the governorate with the most promising and promising experiences.
