About the organization

The Hippocrates Prize for Poetry and Medicine is an annual international award for an unpublished poem on a medical subject - now in its 12th year. Hippocrates Initiative is offering 2021 Hippocrates Young Poets Prize for Poetry and Medicine for young poets aged 14-18 years from anywhere in the world. With £500 for the Young Poets Award, the 2020 Hippocrates Young Poets Prize for Poetry and Medicine is one of the highest value poetry awards in the world for a single poem by a young poet.
