The Ministry of Education, Research, Development and Youth of the Slovak Republic is the national authority responsible for shaping Slovakia’s higher education and research strategy. As part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan, the Ministry offers fully funded scholarships to talented international students outside Slovakia, aiming to attract global talent to Slovak public universities and position the country as a leading academic destination in Central Europe.
