UNRCO

The United Nations Resident Coordinator Office (UNRCO or RCO) supports the highest-ranking representative of the UN development system at the country level: the Resident Coordinator (RC). As part of the UN Secretariat, the RCO leads the UN Country Team (UNCT) in strategic planning, implementation, and reporting on the UN's development efforts in support of national goals.
