Opportunity description

Erasmus Intern is looking for talented interns to join the team for 4 months in the field of Office Management and Administration in Helsinki, Finland for 2020. Interns should be with good computer skills, English language skills and good motivation.

Tasks:

  1. Marketing strategy.
  2. Uploading data and information in scientific sites.
  3. Might design covers of books, journals and each articles for social media use.
  4. Using adobe programs such as page maker, Photoshop, PowerPoint tasks to prepare journal or book covers or layout for publications.
  5. Collecting information and arrange files.
  6. Assist in proof reading, and layout (using adobe programs).
  7. Promoting the company's activities or products.
  8. Additional tasks and / or take part in ongoing office work.

Qualifications:

  1. English language skills /Proof reading (Proficient User C1).
  2. Collecting and searching for data.
  3. Communicating with clients.
