Opportunity description

Erasmus Intern is offering a remote internship as a Customer Relationship Assistant. This opportunity is available only for university students, eligible to do an Erasmus+ internship abroad.

We are looking for a talented Customer Relationship Assistant to join our team. You will manage our client portfolio to help our clients improve their web presence.

As a Customer Relationship Assistant / Account Manager, you will have develop your marketing skills with a customer service approach. You should have a clear idea of how digital tools add value to company strategy and performance.

Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to business growth through creating and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Internship duration and working hours:

The duration of the internship can be between 3 and 12 months, depending on the intern's availability.

Eligibility criteria:

  • Related experience is desirable
  • Knowledge of CRM software
  • Understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
  • Experience with customer service and account management is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written English: Independent User B2. 
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Internship duties:

  1. Act as the point of contact for clients for digital management matters
  2. Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
  3. Set digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
  4. Suggest, design and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI
  5. Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
  6. Present social media strategies and performance metrics to management and clients
  7. Analyze digital campaigns success
  8. Stay up-to-date with digital trends
