Opportunity description

P&G is offering a Brand Management Internship for Egyptian students who are studying towards an Engineering or a Business degree, to join its offices in Cairo for 2021. The duration of the internship will be spread over the course of 12 to 16 weeks (January to April 2021) depending on the student's availability university schedule.

Duties & responsibilities

  1. You will Co-lead a new launch or evaluating the current strategies of a brand or product.
  2. You will Lead monthly market & brand analysis, capture input of multi-functional team to recommend corrective actions for a specific category/initiative
  3. You will Work on the design & execution of brand campaigns (media, digital, CRM, instore, PR). Lead campaigns briefs (regional campaign localization or local campaign build up) & follow up on execution
  4. Co-leading the digital marketing on your brand (visibility, content, local partnerships, eCommerce etc.).
  5. Co-developing Market and Initiative Reviews. Organize internal events.

Eligibility criteria

  1. Studying towards a bachelor degree in Business or Engineering.
  2. Egyptian Nationals.
  3. Committed to spend min. 3 months during their internship.
  4. Passionate about marketing.
  5. Can manage a virtual internship with agile working hours along with their ongoing semester.
  6. Are born leaders, are hardworking and are passionate to make things happen.
  7. Know how to collaborate well across teams and business partners.
  8. Have a strong interest and passion for Brand Management.
  9. Like to bring creativity & innovation to the work.
  10. Have strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  11. Can show evidence of achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities.
  12. Are proficient in English.
  13. This is a virtual winter internship program and while we expect at least 50% time to be spent working virtually, the interns can come to office if there is a need.
