Erasmus Intern is offering an internship as a Assistant Communication Manager in Berlin, Krakow or Mallorca at onEarth Foundation.
The onEarth Foundation, established in 2019, provides alternative ecological education by bridging art, technology, and science. Its mission is to share environmental awareness and embrace equity of all living beings by creating spaces for entanglement, co-creation, deep adaptation and wellbeing.
Duties & responsibilities
- Management of social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram) and website
- Ongoing development and strengthening of external communication strategy
- Content creation for the social media and the website
- Assistance of project manager and communication manager in execution of daily business
Eligibility criteria

- Interest in art, science, politics and environmentalism
- Experience in managing social media channels
- High passion regarding process and quality management
- Confident text and expression skills in English and Polish. German is a plus (English: Proficient User C1, German: Independent User B1, Polish: Independent User B2).
- High online affinity, passion for and knowledge in dealing with social media
- High willingness to learn and have fun at work
- Graphic design skills are welcome
Key Data:
- Place of work: Berlin/Kraków (digital and remote is also fully possible until COVID-19 situation allows for easy travel again), in person is desired
- Internship contract for the period from 1st of Janury 2022 until Oktober 31st 2022 is possible (also later start possible by arrangement)
- 3-4 days/week - flexible in coordination with working hours of the project manager and curator
- Close working relationship with project manager and curator, including regular weekly check-ins, goal setting and evaluation
- Opportunity to work in a dynamic team and contribute to external communication of an innovative cultural project that crosses national borders, professional sectors and artistic disciplines and is eager to find collaborative solutions to systemic problems
- Possible weekend work expected during summer (i.e., attendance and coordination of the LIOS labs residency in Juli 2022)
