Opportunity description
The Tottori Prefecture in Japan announces the launch of the 14th Manga Kingdom Tottori International Comic Art Contest. The organizers invite artists of all nationalities and ages to submit their original works based on the theme of "Promise".
- 1 frame manga (1 page)
- 4 frame manga (1-8 pages)
- 4 to 24 page manga story
Participants may submit entries in multiple categories. All works must be original and unpublished (doujinshi publication is allowed).
Entry Fee: The competition is free to enter.
Prizes:
- Grand Prize: 500,000 yen
- Merit award (2 works): 100,000 yen
- Selection Committee Award (3 works): 50,000 yen
- U-15 Youth Manga Artist Prize (3 works): commemorative gift worth 30,000 yen
