EUFF jordan is offering 33rd European Film Festival Jordan. The Short Film Competition, which is held as part of the 33rd edition of the European Film Festival, is funded by the European Union in Jordan and organized by EUNIC Jordan in cooperation with The Royal Film Commission (RFC) is calling you to flex your creative muscles for a chance to win amazing prizes!
Benefits
- Voucher for filming equipment worth 1,000 JOD.
- The winning film will be announced at the opening session of the European Film Festival.
- The winning film will be screened at the closing session of the European Film Festival.
Eligibility criteria
- Filmmaker’s Residence: Jordan.
- Shooting location: Entirely or partly in Jordan.
- The film should not exceed 30 minutes.
- Production year: 2019 onwards.
- Each director can submit one film only.
- All genres are accepted (narrative, documentary, animation, experimental).
- If the production is in Arabic, it must be subtitled in English.
- If the film is in a foreign language, it must be subtitled in Arabic.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
- Two DVD or Blu-Ray copies. They will not be returned.
- Application form (Arabic or English) It should be typed, not handwritten. It should cover technical details of the film, synopsis (40-100 words) and filmmaker’s information
- A soft copy of the film poster, promo, and still photo should be sent to: eunicjo.media@gmail.com
