<p>InnoCentive Company invites all creative people all over the world to participate in the <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Competitions-and-Awards" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>Competition</strong></a> &quot;Methods for Handling and Transportation of High-Moisture Coals&quot; for an award of <strong>$15,000 USD</strong>. Your job as a competitor is to make a written proposal with the appropriate solutions to prevent coal masses from sticking on the coal receiving bins and implementation of coal transportation along with the existing equipment in all seasons and give it to the seekers (the companies that need solutions).</p><h3>About the Competition:</h3><p>Coal is an important energy source and plays a vital role in power production. When it is extracted from mines, it always contains a certain level of moisture, and thus high moisture content has become one of its characteristics. This characteristic is considered undesirable since it transforms coal after strong wetting into clays (also called mudstones) and forms coal masses. In order to eliminate the processes for cleaning and dislodging coal buildups, the Seeker requires effective ways to prevent coal masses on the coal receiving bins and implementation of coal transportation along with the existing equipment in all seasons. &nbsp;</p><h3>Role:</h3><ol><li>The competitor should find technology or methods to unload high moisture coal from railway carriage without coal masses sticking on the coal receiving bins and implementation of coal transportation along with the existing equipment with good flow properties (normal flowability) in all seasons.</li><li>The Competitor should deliver a written proposal with the solutions for this theoretical Challenge.</li></ol><h3>Conditions:</h3><ol><li>This is a Theoretical Challenge that requires only a written proposal to be submitted.</li><li>The Challenge award will be contingent upon theoretical evaluation of the proposal by the Seeker.</li><li>To receive an award, the Solvers will not have to transfer their exclusive IP rights to the Seeker.
