<p>H&amp;M Foundation&#39;s Global Change Award is now open for those who want to apply. H&amp;M Foundation is looking for early-stage innovation that presents new circular approaches with the goal to reinvent the fashion industry. Five winners are selected each year and get to share 1 million euro and embark on a one-year Innovation Accelerator Program.</p><h3>The Competition Description:</h3><p>The <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Competitions-and-Awards" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>Competition</strong></a> is initiated to accelerate the shift from a linear to the circular fashion industry, to protect the planet and the humans&#39; living conditions. This means changing the way garments are currently designed and produced, shipped, bought, used and recycled by adding disruptive technology, processes, or new business models.</p><h3>Eligibility Criteria:</h3><p><strong>The followings are eligible to apply:</strong></p><ol><li>Individuals or groups of two (2) to four (4) individuals from any country, eighteen years of age or older on the day of the submission of the Entry.</li><li>All institutions and organizations (excluding solely commercial entities like corporations), domiciled in any country, and legally recognized as such in that country, in which all owners and/or leading persons are eighteen years of age or older on the day of the submission of the Entry.</li></ol><p><strong>The followings aren&#39;t eligible to apply:</strong></p><ol><li>Employees and consultants of the H&amp;M group or any entities owned in full or in part by the H&amp;M group.</li><li>Employees and consultants of KTH Innovation, Accenture or such other project partners as announced by the Foundation.</li><li>Members of the expert advisory board.</li><li>Immediate family members and/or household members of the individuals mentioned in this clause.</li><li>Solely commercial entities.</li></ol><h3>Selection Criteria:</h3><ol><li>Does the idea have the potential of making fashion circular?</li><li>What is the level of impact and scalability of the idea?</li><li>How economically sustainable is the idea?</li><li>How novel is the idea?</li><li>How well suited is the team to realize the idea?</li><li>Would winning the Global Change Award make a difference for the team?</li></ol><h3>Benefits:</h3><ol><li>First place winner &euro;300,000.</li><li>Second place winner &euro;250,000.</li><li>Third place winner &euro;150,000.</li><li>Third place winner &euro;150,000.</li><li>Third place winner &euro;150,000.</li><li>The winners get access to a one-year Innovation Accelerator Program provided by the H&amp;M Foundation, Accenture and KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.</li></ol><p><strong>See more available <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Scholarships/Bachelor">bachelor scholarships</a> on For9a</strong></p><p><strong>See more available <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/country/Germany">opportunities in Germany&nbsp;</a>on For9a</strong></p>
