  • Factory-produced pieces and works exhibited in other competitions will not be admitted.
  • Pieces may measure up to 200 X 200 cm and shall be at least 30 cm long in one of their dimensions.
  • From the received applications, a committee of professionals appointed for this purpose will select the finalists having into account the images of the pieces and the attached documents. All applicants will be notified of the decision, which is not subject to appeal.
  • Entries selected by the committee must be shipped until 15th April 2021. No pieces received after this date will take part in the competition. Artworks received will undergo a video-supported examination to check their condition and report authors about any damage if requested.

  • All winning entries will become the property of the Local Autonomous Body of Culture of the City Hall of Talavera de la Reina.

  • Artists are solely responsible for correctly packing and shipping their artworks. Pieces will be returned by the transport company of choice for each artist using the same packing. Applicants shall be responsible for all shipping costs before and after the exhibition. If necessary, artists shall take charge of every possible duty, paperwork, or procedure at Customs when introducing their artworks in Spain, as well as when having them shipped back from Spain.
