<section><p>The KINOLUB Film Festival is offering a <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Competitions-and-Awards" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>competition&nbsp;</strong></a>in Film Making to bring what is best in cinema to young audiences (4 - 18 years of age). The screenings of selected (short and full-length) films are held in arthouse cinemas and cultural institutions in many cities in Southern Poland - with attendance of over 10 000 viewers. The program is built on the conviction that a film is an excellent tool that conveys both emotions and knowledge - about unexpected situations, relationships and the world. Recognizing that due to the current cinema and tv programming, children have limited access to diverse, beautiful and challenging motion pictures.&nbsp;</p><p>Apart from film screenings, the audiences have a chance to participate in festival <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Trainings-or-Workshops" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>workshops</strong></a>, Q&amp;As, and special events.<br>The professional part of the event includes industry meetings and events organized with the help of Krakow Film Commission - for all guests (Polish and foreign) to meet and discuss the most important issues in the children&rsquo;s cinema today.</p></section><h3>Awards:</h3><ol><li>Best Full-Lenght Film (Adult Professional Jury)</li><li>Best Short (Adult Professional Jury)</li><li>Best Full-Lenght Film (Children&#39;s Jury)</li><li>Best Short (Children&#39;s Jury)</li></ol><h3>Eligibility Criteria:</h3><ol><li>Only films for children &amp; youth.</li><li>No amateur films, music videos, experiments.</li><li>Date of production: 2018 and later.</li><li>Shorts, features, animations.</li><li>No entry fee.</li><li>By submitting the film, the filmmaker grants the organizer all licenses, rights, and consents</li></ol><section><div data-expandable=""><h3>About:</h3><p>Film FreeWay is the world&#39;s number 1 way to discover and submit to film festivals and creative contests.
