Contest for Designs of Chicago Latino Film Festival poster and Prize up to $1.000

The International Latino Cultural Center of Chicago is celebrating 26th edition of the annual Chicago Latino Film Festival poster, hence it is presenting its competition for designs of CLFF poster. Every year, the International Latino Cultural Center of Chicago selects the winning poster for the annual Chicago Latino Film Festival.

Contest Conditions:

1. The contest is open to all artists. Entries will be accepted from individuals, collaborative teams or design firms.
2. Limit 3 entries per person, team or firm.
3. There is no cost to submit.
4. Only digital copies will be accepted.
5. Entries will be evaluated based on appeal, content, and marketability.
6. The design must be easily translated into a variety of mediums.
7. Entrants must own full copyright to the design submitted, which they must be able to certify if requested. 
8. By submitting their entry to this poster contest, all entrants hereby acknowledge and affirm that the Chicago Latino Film Festival will have the unlimited right to use or display entries submitted for this competition at any time and in any manner. Uses may include but are not limited to, print or electronic publications, promotional brochures, posters, or other corporate communications materials.

Specifications of Submitted Design:

• All artwork must incorporate:

36th Chicago Latino Film Festival
April 16 – 30, 2020

• Submissions must be:

1. JPG or PNG format.
2. 8.5 x 11 inches (Vertical).
3. 150 DPI (RGB).

Prize:

The winner receives $1.000. The selected poster becomes the face of the Festival, as it will be on the cover of newsprint programs, invitations, program books, electronic ads, t-shirts, Festival trailer and more.
