<p>Dar El Yasmeen Publishing &amp; Distribution is pleased to announce its <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Competitions-and-Awards" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>competition</strong></a> to receive literary works. The winning works will be published at the Cairo International Book Fair 2020.</p><h3><strong>Categories:</strong></h3><ol><li>A novel category which is divided into five branches:<ul><li>Romance novel</li><li>Social Novel</li><li>Police novel</li><li>Science fiction novel</li><li>Horror novel</li></ul></li><li>The short story category which is open to all literary works that follow this category without specific conditions.</li><li>Satirical literature category which&nbsp;is open to all literary works that belong to this category without specific conditions.</li></ol><h3><strong>Conditions:</strong></h3><ol><li>The idea must be original.</li><li>The used style must be unique.</li><li>The language should be correct as much as possible.</li><li>The number of words in novel and satirical literature categories&nbsp;must not be less than 25,000 words.</li><li>Works must not be handwritten with font Times New Roman and size 16.</li><li>The author should not make any internal formats or create pictures, as these are left to Dar El Yasmeen Publishing&nbsp;after the signing the contract.</li><li>In short stories category, the work must not be less than 45 pages and the stories should not be less than 10 stories.</li></ol><h3><strong>The prize:</strong></h3><ol><li>The first-place winner will have the opportunity to publish his work for free through the literary competition.</li><li>Second-to-tenth place winners will be able to publish their works be paying half the cost of publishing.</li></ol><p><strong>Note:</strong> Any person who wishes to publish any academic, research, educational, intellectual, developmental, poetry or thoughts work outside the competition may pay half the cost.</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>See more available&nbsp;<a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Grants">grants</a> on For9a</strong></p><p><strong>See more available&nbsp;<a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Events-Festivals-and-Conferences">events and conferences</a> on For9a</strong></p>
