<p>The French Embassy in <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/country/Jordan" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Jordan</a> offers <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Scholarships" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">scholarships</a> for students who wish to do a <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Scholarships/Master" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Master&rsquo;s</a> or a <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Scholarships/PhD" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">PhD</a> degree in France.&nbsp;</p><h3>Available Programs:</h3><p>All disciplines are concerned with a preference for the following fields:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Business and administration.</li><li>Tourism and hospitality.</li><li>Sciences: climate change-related disciplines, agriculture, Big Data, biology, chemistry, environmental law and policy, water and waste management, energy, health, earth sciences, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Engineering.</li><li>IT (priority to coding and data sciences).</li><li>Languages.</li><li>Social and human sciences.</li></ul><h3>Eligibility Criteria:</h3><ul><li>Jordanian citizens.</li><li>No more than 30 years old for master&#39;s and 36 years old for PhD.</li><li>Holder of a<a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Scholarships/Bachelor" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>&nbsp;</strong>bachelor&#39;s</a> degree with minimum academic level &ldquo;good&rdquo;.</li><li>Language proficiency:</li></ul><ol><li>Candidates who apply for a French program: minimum DELF B2</li><li>Candidates who apply for an English program: IELTS, TOEFL or TOEIC (depending on Master requirements and PhD requirements)</li></ol><h3>Scholarship Coverage:</h3><ul><li>A monthly allowance for the duration of the degree from September 1 st 2021.</li><li>Social security coverage for the duration of the scholarship.</li><li>One round-trip ticket, between France and Jordan, economy class, with transfer to the city of studies.</li><li>Priority access for accommodation in the university student residence.</li><li>Tuition fees in public universities recognized by the French Ministry of Higher education.</li></ul><h3>Selection Process:</h3><p><strong>STEP 1:&nbsp;</strong>Pre-selection of the application files will be done by the Scholarship Commission of the Cultural Section of the French Embassy in Jordan on the base of:</p><ul><li>Academic excellence and motivation of the candidate.</li><li>Project relevance and consistency.</li></ul><p><strong>STEP 2:&nbsp;</strong>The pre-selected candidates will be interviewed by the jury of the Scholarship Commission, and the following aspects will be assessed by the jury during the interview:</p><ul><li>Presentation and relevance of the study project.</li><li>Knowledge of the subject.</li><li>A professional project of the candidate.</li><li>Language proficiency in French or English based on the chosen program.</li></ul><p><strong>Note:</strong> The final award of the scholarship is subject to admission to a Master&#39;s or PhD program in France for the academic year 2021-2022.</p><h3>About French Embassy in Jordan:</h3><p>France&#39;s embassy in Amman is the sole French representation in Jordan.
