Opportunity description

The Yenching Academy offers a 100% fee remission scholarship for Australian and International students to pursue a one-year, interdisciplinary Master’s degree in China Studies. The subjects that can be studied will range across the humanities and social sciences as they pertain to China, as well as international relations, law, and business management.

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. You must have completed or are due to complete a bachelor's degree by the start of the upcoming program (i.e. 31 August).
  2. You must demonstrate academic excellence, leadership, innovative thought, and a commitment to the betterment of society.
  3. Preference is given to candidates age 25 or younger as of August 31 of the year they wish to enroll.
  4. For students from countries with mandatory military service, the age preference is 27 years old or younger.

Benefits:

  1. Yenching Scholars receive a scholarship to cover the cost of tuition, accommodation in the residential college and living expenses.
