HECare Film Festival from Film Freeway 2021

Film Freeway is offering a competition in Film Making. The Human Environment Care Film Festival (HECFF) is Canada's premier cultural event devoted exclusively to the exploration of Human-Environment care, Human rights issues, Environment protection through films.

• Prizes and Awards:
• Best Film
• Best Short Film
• Best Documentary
• Best Short Documentary
• Best Experimental Film
• Best Animated Film
• Best Animated Short Film
• Best Canadian Short
• Best International Short Film
• Best Cultural Diversity
• Best (sight) point of view
• The best and most effective perspective

• Filmmakers and Animators artists are encouraged to submit their work:
• Works should relate to Human-Environment care, Human rights issues, Environment protection, and a special section of this year (CoronaVirus and New World).
• As this is an art festival, creative endeavors are encouraged.
• To submit a film, you must apply by www.FilmFreeway.com
• All Films Under 30 minutes select for the Festival will be in the Short Film Competition.
• The festival has no age limit and we are eager to see festival-related films of all ages and races
• To submit a film, you must have created the project yourself, own the rights, or have permission from the owner of the content to submit the film.
• They accept Canadian and International shorts.
• Long films can participate in pro-competitive section. (competitive sector has no time limit.)
• Non-English language films must have English subtitles.
• Films will be selected and entrants will be notified via email by 20 August 2021.
