MBA Scholarship for Iraqis at INSEAD with Funding up to 40.000 Euros 2020

INSEAD is offering an MBA scholarship, under the name of Theo Vermaelen. That is the Schroders Chaired Professor of International Finance and Asset Management, who has chosen to fund one scholarship per year with matched funds from INSEAD for Iraqi participants on the full-time MBA program at INSEAD. He believes these scholarships will make a small, but hopefully significant contribution to improving the lives of at least a few people from Iraq, and that the holder of these scholarships will be their country's leaders in the future. 

Eligibility:

1. As mentioned above only Iraqi nationals can apply, but they do not necessarily live in Iraq. 
2. Consideration will be given to both merit and financial need. 

Required Papers:

• 350-400 word-long article to address the following questions:
• How does the applicant envisage his/her contribution to the future development of Iraq after graduation? 
• Why should the applicant be selected for this scholarship?
• 150-200 word-long concise-but-accurate description of the applicant's financial circumstances as well as cash flow forecast for the year at INSEAD (details of income set against all expenditures).

Funding:

Up to 40.000 euros.

Scholarship Deadline:  

The MBA program has different classes, and thereby different deadlines:

1. For July 2021 Class, applicants need to apply by December  23, 2019, for round two. Or by March 2, 2020, for round three.
2. For December 2021 Class, applicants need to apply by April 27, 2020, for round one, June 22, 2020, for round two, or August 10, 2020, for round three.
