The Mobile Film Festival is offering an international Festival of short-length movies, based on an simple principle: 1 Mobile, 1 Minute, 1 Film. You can film with a mobile phone or a tablet. Two grants worth €20,000 , $23,000 each will be awarded to the winners of the Grand Prize France and Grand Prize International.
Terms and Conditions:
- You can film with a mobile phone or a tablet.
- you can use accessories such as microphones, stabilisers, filters, removable lenses, etc.
- Duration 1 minute maximum, including credits.
- Film genre All audio-visual forms are accepted: fiction, documentary and all genres, too: romance, horror, science fiction, western, drama, period, thriller, Z movie, comedy, action, war film, etc.
- The entry form allows you to list all members of your team and their role on page 3, including any co-producers and directors.
- The Entrant must be a natural person of legal age.
- The Entrant is asked to follow the following guidance when making the video:
- Formats MP4 (H264), MOV, WMV, AVI
- Resolution 16/9: 1280×720 pixels per line or 1920×1080 pixels per line
- 200MB maximum

Founded in 2005, the Mobile Film Festival is an international Festival of short-length movies, based on an simple principle: 1 Mobile, 1 Minute, 1 Film. The aim: discover, support and accompany talents from the whole world to become tomorrow’s directors. The Mobile Film Festival is a 100% digital festival, thus aiming at reaching the largest audience. Yet, its short and creative format, as well as the technical quality of the films, enable a broadcasting of the films on all screens: smartphones, computers, TVs, cinema theaters. Over the last four years, Mobile Film Festival has held 5 international editions, receiving 4,000 film entries from 132 countries, notching up 78 million views and giving out €229,000 in prizes
