<p>International Image Festival (FINI) invites students and professionals to its <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Competitions-and-Awards" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>contest</strong></a> which organized by the Division of Culture of the Universidad Aut&oacute;noma del Estado de Hidalgo, Mexico.
