Short Film Competition with €1000 Award from zeitimpuls Festival

Zeitimpuls is inviting creative filmmakers all over the world to participate in the zeitimpuls short film competition 2021. Whether fictional, documentary, animated or experimental, Every film genre is welcome to provide cinematic answers to fundamental questions

Eligibility and Conditions:-

• Zeitimpuls short film 2021 is open to films of all genres with a maximum length of 45 minutes.

• All types of short films are admitted to the contest. Documentary films, cartoons, animated films, home movies, professional film productions and mobile films, everything is permitted.

• The entrant or the contact person must have all copyrights of the contribution.

• Entrants give consent to the organiser to make any checks regarding their identity and details if needed.

Categories:-

• Open Category

  • Opened for short films with max. length of 45 minutes.

  • The winner will be decided by the jury.

• Best Spot & Mobile Films

  • The category for short films with max. length of 90 seconds without trailers and credits.

  • The winner will be decided by the jury.

• Educational

  • The category for short films  with max. length of 90 seconds without trailers and credits made by young filmmakers or film classes.

  • The winner will be decided by the jury.

• Junior Category

  • The category for short films with max. length of 90 seconds made by school classes for youth groups and all young people under 18 years.

  • The winner will be decided by the audience.

• Special Audience Award

  • For film production made after the 1st of January, 2021 with a max. length of 45 minutes.

  • The winner will be selected online by a public voting.

• Open Category Prize: 1000 €

• Best Spot & Mobile Films Prize: 1000 €

• Educational Category Prize: 500 €

• Junior Category Prize: 500 €

• Special Audience Award: 1000 €
