<p>MAX3MIN Short Film <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Events-Festivals-and-Conferences" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Festival</a> is now available for all filmmakers who want to participate with their films from any place in the world. MAX3MIN is a short film festival where the films are so short they last no longer than 3 minutes. It is all about film stories condensed in a minimum time, stories about the time that runs fast or stories of feelings that do not need time.</p><h3>Festival Details:-</h3><ul><li>Born in the virtual world, the first edition of MAX3MIN will take place from 10 to 21 March 2022 and you can attend the festival by logging onto this platform.</li><li>There is only one international call for entries: with no division into categories, the festival looks for short films of every genre and language, shot in any format and at any time.</li><li>Duration is the only limit: up to 3 minutes, excluding titles.</li><li>An international jury will choose the best 10 short films. In addition, the audience will be asked to express their preferences and to proclaim the 3 winners of the Audience Award.</li></ul>

<p>An international jury will choose the best 10 short films and will award the winner with 3.000 € for the production of a new film. You can take part in the award ceremony, as the winners will be announced by the jury members in a live streaming event on March 21, 2022.</p>

<ul><li>Short films will be admitted to the Festival, based on the selection in accordance with the terms of these Regulations, that satisfy the following requirements:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Length: maximum three (3) minutes, excluding titles.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Media: digital. Formats allowed: MP4, MOV, WMV, AVI, and FLV.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Language: Candidate’s choice, as long as English subtitles are present.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Number of productions: maximum of three (3) per applicant.</li></ul><h3>Terms and Conditions:-</h3><ul><li>If a candidate’s short film is admitted, he or she undertakes to deliver a copy of the work to the Festival organisation in the format and manner that will be published on the Site. If his or her short film is admitted, the candidate grants a free license to use (including to promote and sponsor the work and the Festival) and broadcast the work, including for archiving and study purposes.</li><li>The Festival Jury, in its unquestionable judgement, will award the following prizes:</li><li>TOP10: ranking made by the Jury of the ten (10) best short films admitted to the Festival.</li><li>Audience Award: selection of the three (3) winning films based on online voting by persons registered on the Festival website.</li><li>The Festival organisation reserves the right to suspend or end the broadcast of the short films ninety (90) days after the end of the Festival.</li><li>For more information, please click <a href="https://www.max3min.com/rules" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a>.</li></ul><h3>About MAX3MIN:-</h3><p>MAX3MIN is a short film festival where the films are so short they last no longer than 3 minutes.
