The University of West London in the <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/country/United-Kingdom" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">UK</a> offers the international students the opportunity to receive International Ambassador <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Scholarships" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Scholarships&nbsp;</a>2019-2020, which is given each year as a discount on the first year tuition fee. Not only does the scholarship program provide financial support, it is also a great way to meet peers also in their first year of study. Around 100 scholarships are awarded each year, they are spread across three intake periods; September, January and May to provide everyone with the equal opportunity to apply.<h3>Eligibility Criteria:</h3><ol><li>If you are an overseas fee paying student (i.e. EU applicants are not eligible) and have received an offer from the University to study a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate degree, you are eligible to apply for one of the International Ambassador Scholarships.&nbsp;</li><li>International Ambassadors are expected to be active representatives for the University who help showcase the institute to prospective international students</li><li>They may be asked to support events such as Open Days, participate in interviews, videos and photo-shoots with the Marketing department or engage with visiting international students</li><li>Ambassadors must agree on no payment will be made for their participation in promotional activities</li><li>Ambassadors assign to the University any intellectual property or other rights which are created as part of the promotional material</li><li>The University reserves the right to revoke the scholarship in the event the scholar is not fulfilling the requirements of the role</li><li>Applicants should expect a decision within 14 working days of the deadline</li></ol><h3>Scholarship Amount:</h3>The scholarship is valued at &pound;5,000 as a discount on the first year&rsquo;s tuition fee.<h3>About the University of West London:</h3>The University of West London&#39;s degree courses span a range of disciplines from musical theater and nursing to accounting and graphic design.
