<p>Youmanity announced the launch of its annual photography <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Competitions-and-Awards" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>competition</strong></a> titled &ldquo;Friendship Photograph&rdquo;, which aims to raise awareness of Mental Health, focusing on the importance and the value of friendship to prevent suicide and mental health issues associated with loneliness and social isolation.</p><h3>Competition Rules:</h3><ul><li>Participants must be at least 18 years old.</li><li>Amateur and professional people of all nationalities can participate in the competition.</li><li>Each applicant will need to submit (one) photograph in COLOUR.</li><li>Images may be enhanced for color/contrast/brightness, but cannot be manipulated.</li><li>Applicants must warrant that the photographs they are submitting are their own work and that they own the copyright for them.</li><li>Applicants must have authorization from the person(s) portrayed in their photographs to use their image for this contest and exhibition.</li><li>Each applicant will retain full copyright of their own work.</li></ul><h3>Prizes:</h3><p>The winner will be awarded a&nbsp;&pound;1,000 cash prize. The winning photograph and runner ups (top 20 entries) will be exhibited as part of a group exhibition at the Palace of Westminster 2-7/12/2019.</p><h3>About Youmanity:</h3><p>Youmanity is a registered charity promoting awareness of social issues through fostering dialogue between different communities and using the Arts as a medium. Youmanity sponsors an annual photography competition and exhibition where winning images are presented.
