An Online Initiative to Teach the Basics of Chess from the Community Development Authority in Dubai

The Spirit of the Union volunteer team is pleased to invite all members of the community to participate in learning the basics of the game of chess, through an online training course over three separate days and throughout the week, and every day for an hour of training. The participants will have volunteer hours from the Spirit of the Union volunteer team, in cooperation with the Fujairah Chess and Culture Club as well as a certificate approved by the Fujairah Chess Club with the successful completion of the course.

Training times for each group according to time and date are as follows:

• Group (1): Days: Sunday - Tuesday - Thursday - Date: 24-26-28 / 04/2022 Time: 1:00 pm.
• Group (2): Days: Sunday - Tuesday - Thursday - Date: 24-26-28 / 04/2022 Time: 9:30 pm.
• Group (3): Days: Sunday - Tuesday - Thursday - Date: 10-12-08/2022/05 Time: 10:00 AM.
• Group (4): Days: Sunday - Tuesday - Thursday - Date: 10-12-08/2022/05 Time: 8:00 pm.
• Group (5): Days: Sunday - Tuesday - Thursday - Date: 15-17-19 / 2022/05 Time: 10:00 AM.
• Group (6): Days: Sunday - Tuesday - Thursday - Date: 15-17-19 / 2022/05 Time: 8:00 pm.
• Group (7): Days: Sunday - Tuesday - Thursday - Date: 22-24-26 / 2022/05 Time: 10:00 AM.
• Group (8): Days: Sunday - Tuesday - Thursday - Date: 22-24-26 / 2022/05 Time: 8:00 pm.

About the Community Development Authority:

The Community Development Authority was established by a decree of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai in July 2008. Since its establishment, the Authority has been responsible for organizing and developing community development frameworks in the emirate.
