An Opportunity for Jordanian Youth in Irbid: A Dialogue Session with Representatives of the European Union in Jordan on the Environment and Climate Change

Leaders of Tomorrow Foundation announces an opportunity for Jordanian youth in Irbid, which will be a dialogue session with representatives of the European Union in Jordan on the environment and climate change. This opportunity will suit you if you are an active member of your community, believe that you can positively influence your surroundings, and are looking for a unique opportunity to prove it. Within the framework of the activities of the European Union in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the regional communication program for the countries of the southern Mediterranean, "European Neighborhood - South", leaders of tomorrow invite men and women young Jordanians to participate in a distinguished dialogue session entitled: "The European Union in Jordan - Environment and Climate Change". This dialogue session aims to create an appropriate framework for exchanging views with Jordanian youth on the role of the European Union and its initiatives in Jordan, especially in the field of supporting environmental projects and climate change. The session also aims to inform Jordanian youth about the opportunities available to them in the framework of the partnership between the European Union and Jordan. Participants will be given the opportunity to ask different questions to a group of EU representatives in Jordan, in addition to the opportunity to discuss and exchange views with a selected group of young activists. The session will also provide an opportunity to apply to join the regional EU JEEL CONNECT network.

• The network that you will be joining "EU JEEL CONNECT" will include countries and territories in the southern neighborhood, including Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Tunisia, and Palestine. Enrollment in this network will be on a voluntary basis without any financial obligations and will provide participants with the opportunity to contact and communicate with a selected group of activists in different fields from these countries. Note that the network's activities will be non-political, non-partisan, and non-profit.
• The network will bring together young people from different cultures to participate in unique and enriching experiences with the aim of communication, participation, and learning. Members will also be encouraged to communicate with local communities and help them to learn about aspects of cooperation between the European Union and member countries by presenting the tangible results of this cooperation and its importance for young people.
• You will also have the following by joining EU JEEL CONNECT:
• Inspiring young people in your country by engaging in distinctive activities in cooperation with the European Neighborhood Program - South, the European Union Delegation, and projects funded by the European Union in your country by presenting the works, ideas, and visions of young people participating in the activities and programs of the European Union.
• Promote the opportunities offered by the European Union for your benefit and for the benefit of young people in your community to support personal, professional, and community development, and to view projects, programs, and opportunities for education, work, and training.
• Highlighting the role of the European Union's work among the youth in your country, especially those who do not enjoy sufficient or fair opportunities, and urging them to continue participating in or benefiting from the activities of the European Union in their regions and societies.
• Networking and communicating with a group of influential and multi-talented young people who cooperate with the European Neighborhood Program - South, the European Union Delegation in your country, and projects funded by the European Union, in an effort to highlight the most important actions and initiatives in the sectors that interest you.
