Black & White Photo Awards 2026 Photography Competition with Prizes Exceeding €5,500

The Black & White Photo Awards 2026 has officially opened submissions for its new edition, inviting photographers from around the world to showcase their creativity through the art of black-and-white photography. The competition aims to discover outstanding photographic talent and provide international recognition, prestigious awards, and cash prizes worth more than €5,500.

Entry Fees

• The entry fee allows participants to submit up to 5 photographs within a single category.
• Photographers may enter multiple categories by paying the corresponding additional entry fees based on the number of submissions.

• Total prizes valued at more than €5,500.
• A grand prize cash award of €1,500 for the overall winner.
• Awards for the best photograph in each competition category.
• More than 15 Honorable Mentions recognizing outstanding entries.
• Publication of winning and selected photographs in the competition’s annual book.
• Opportunity to have work reviewed by an international jury of professional photographers.
• International exposure and recognition within the global photography community.

• Open to amateur and professional photographers from all countries worldwide.
• Participants must be at least 18 years old.
• Only black-and-white photographs are accepted.
• Both digital photographs and images captured using traditional film photography are eligible.
• There are no restrictions on when the photograph was taken.
• Participants may submit an unlimited number of photographs.
