Copenhagen Business School (CBS) in Denmark offers a limited number of government scholarships each year for academically outstanding international students from outside the EU, EEA, and Switzerland who wish to pursue an eligible master’s degree at the university.
The scholarship provides a full tuition fee waiver, in addition to a monthly stipend of DKK 8,000 to help cover living expenses in Denmark. Funding may continue for up to 22 months. CBS awards approximately 25 scholarships each year to international students with strong academic records.

Eligibility criteria
To be considered for a CBS scholarship, applicants must:
- Be from outside the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), and Switzerland.
- Require a student residence permit to study in Denmark.
- Apply to an eligible master’s program at Copenhagen Business School (CBS).
- Hold a bachelor’s degree by the time the program begins.
- Meet the academic admission requirements of the selected program.
- Meet the English language requirements by the application deadline.
- Pay the required application fee, unless exempt.
- Indicate in the admission application that they wish to be considered for a CBS scholarship.
- Submit a Personal Statement as part of the scholarship application.
